What happens if something goes wrong?
Either party can open a dispute and submit evidence through our system. Trained arbitrators review both sides impartially and are peer-reviewed before making a decision, usually within 24–48 hours. We never rush disputes and go to any lengths to resolve every case fairly, regardless of value. Funds stay locked until resolution.
Are there any fees?
AutoMint does not charge a fixed service fee. Standard variable network and threshold fees are calculated via external APIs at the time of transaction. For stablecoin transactions, an additional fixed surcharge may apply. All fees are shown during escrow creation.
